"does it return the favor" ?
what does that even mean!
It's simply about being turned on,
opened up and enrolled to participate.. to be swept up by the inertia of a well-crafted event, to be in it and not just watching it.
Dwell, Delight, Discovery & Surprise
We accomplish this by solving for:
-
dwell, that builds loyalty
-
delight, that sparks advocacy
-
discovery, that reveals opportunity
-
surprise that soothes the savage soul
